My name is Mike, the hot sauce guru. I love eating spicy food and I am always looking for good hot sauce. My brother Josh avoids hot sauce completely, but has decided to work with me on this site reviewing hot sauce. Josh and I together provide a good perspective from both ends of the heat spectrum.
